VideoCharge Full - программа для работы с видео и аудио: резка, склеивание и конвертирование видео и звуковых файлов, создание скриншотов с уже существующих клипов, работа с файлами VOB и IFO, копирование DVD, конвертирование видео и т.п. Имеется возможность менять практически все параметры видео, накладывать логотипы и водяные знаки и проделывать многое другое. Можно задавать участки клипов, которые надо склеить, разрезать или преобразовать в другой формат. Для упрощения работы можно использовать "мастера". The program possesses a wide range of capabilities, which enables to perform any operations with bulk of video files by one click! It can be used to split audio and video files into smaller parts, join a few media files into a single one, extract or delete scenes, create thumbnails for video files, add watermarks to video and image files, process sequences of images.
VideoCharge enables to process videos on flow (without decompression and successive compression of every frame), supports working via command line, inludes built-in FTP client. It is optimized for processing vast amount of files and supports all basic video and image formats.
Some WMV files can\t be navigated for lack of indexes and so can be watched starting from the first frame only. VideoCharge enables to perform prompt indexation of such WMV files and thus completely resolve the problem. VideoCharge can help you when you have a file that, for example, can\t fit in a CD, and you want to split it into a few parts, no more than 700MB apiece. By means of VideoCharge, using "Without Re-compression" mode and split by size, you can do that in just a few minutes!
VideoCharge is a video converter. In other words, it enables to convert videos from one format into another. Here all the operations concerned with process settings are simplified to the maximum and don\t require special knowledge. Thousands files can actually be reencoded by one click! The program can be applied to extracting frames of video files and saving them into one of supported image formats. It provides rich facilities for adjustment, preview and selection of frames for posterior saving. Extraction can be performed in two ways. In automatic mode you can create a thumbnail (small graphics file) out of the first frame of produced movie, extract frames regularly (by setting time intervals or specifying number of frames) or extract all moive\s frames without exception. Another way is to select the necessary frames manually, via the Editor, that enables to preview them before extracting.
